At PickleLoop, we strive to provide a seamless and fair experience for all users. Please review our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rebooking.

General Policy:

All bookings and purchases made through PickleLoop are non-refundable. However, we offer rebooking options under certain conditions outlined below

Court Rentals & Open Play Sessions
  • Bookings for court rentals and open play sessions are non-refundable.

  • Users may request to rebook their session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Rebooking is subject to availability of courts and time slots.

Hire a Coach
  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • Users may request to reschedule (rebook) their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • All rescheduling requests are subject to the coach’s availability.

ProShop (Merchendise Purchases)
  • Refunds are allowed only if the order has not yet been accepted or prepared by the merchant.

  • Once an order is accepted, processed, or prepared, it becomes non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the user’s PickleLoop digital wallet.

Refund Method
  • All approved refunds are issued exclusively through the PickleLoop digital wallet.

  • Refunds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to external payment methods.

Missed Bookings & Late Requests
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are considered late and are not eligible for rebooking.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows will be forfeited.

Policy Enforcement

PickleLoop reserves the right to review and make final decisions on all refund, cancellation, and rebooking requests to ensure fairness across the platform.
