At PickleLoop, we strive to provide a seamless and fair experience for all users. Please review our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rebooking.
General Policy:
All bookings and purchases made through PickleLoop are non-refundable. However, we offer rebooking options under certain conditions outlined below
Court Rentals & Open Play Sessions
Bookings for court rentals and open play sessions are non-refundable.
Users may request to rebook their session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Rebooking is subject to availability of courts and time slots.
Hire a Coach
Coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Users may request to reschedule (rebook) their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
All rescheduling requests are subject to the coach’s availability.
ProShop (Merchendise Purchases)
Refunds are allowed only if the order has not yet been accepted or prepared by the merchant.
Once an order is accepted, processed, or prepared, it becomes non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be credited to the user’s PickleLoop digital wallet.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued exclusively through the PickleLoop digital wallet.
Refunds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to external payment methods.
Missed Bookings & Late Requests
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are considered late and are not eligible for rebooking.
Missed sessions or no-shows will be forfeited.
Policy Enforcement
PickleLoop reserves the right to review and make final decisions on all refund, cancellation, and rebooking requests to ensure fairness across the platform.
